Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days. Once your order is on its way, delivery times will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! UK delivery is free on orders over £30.
Will I know when my order has been dispatched?Yes. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation once your order is on its way.
Products & Handmade Items
Are your products handmade?
My products are designed by me, with many items handmade or hand-finished in small batches. Product descriptions will tell you more about how each item is made.
Will my item look exactly like the photo?
As many items are handmade or hand-finished, there may be tiny variations between pieces. Colours can also appear slightly different depending on your screen.
What materials are your earrings made from?
Material details are listed on each individual product page, so you can check the exact materials and findings before ordering.
How are your art prints made?
My art prints are created from my original designs and printed in-house using high-quality materials. They are carefully packaged to help them arrive safely and ready to frame. 🎨
Returns, Exchanges & Order Problems
Can I return an item?
Yes. If you change your mind, please get in touch as soon as possible. Returns must meet the conditions set out in my Shipping & Returns policy. Personalised or custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. I’ll do my best to get things sorted for you.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Oops! Please get in touch with your order number and a photo of what you received, and I’ll sort it out.
Can I exchange an item?
If you’d like a different item or size, please contact me first. Where possible, I’ll let you know the best way to arrange this.
Art Prints, Mugs & Earrings
What sizes are your art prints available in?
Art prints are available in A5, A4 and A3, depending on the design. Available sizes are shown on each product page.
Do art prints come framed?
No. Art prints are supplied unframed, so you can choose a frame that suits your space and style.
Are your mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
Care instructions can vary between products, so please check the individual product description for the recommended care instructions.
What size are your mugs?
Most of my ceramic mugs are 11oz. The exact size and details are listed on each product page. ☕
Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?
The materials and findings used are listed on each product page. If you have a particular sensitivity or allergy, please check the product information carefully before ordering.
How should I look after my earrings?
Keep them away from water, perfumes and harsh chemicals, and store them somewhere dry when you’re not wearing them. Treat them kindly and they’ll stay looking fabulous. ✨

Can I place a custom order?
I’m not currently taking custom orders while I focus on growing my existing product range. I may bring them back in the future, so keep an eye on the shop and socials. 👀
