Shipping & Dispatch

All orders are prepared and packed with care. My usual dispatch time is 3–5 working days from the date your order is placed.

Please note that dispatch times and delivery times are different. The 3–5 working day timeframe is the time needed to prepare your order before it is handed over to the delivery provider.

During particularly busy periods, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, I’ll do my best to keep you updated.

UK Delivery

I currently offer free UK delivery on orders over £30. Any applicable delivery charges for orders under £30 will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and begin once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside my control.

 

Tracking & Delivery Updates

Where tracking is available for your chosen delivery service, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after you receive your dispatch notification.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact me as soon as possible.

If your order has already been dispatched, I may not be able to change the delivery address. Additional postage charges may apply if an order is returned to me because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Delayed or Missing Orders

Occasionally, deliveries can take longer than expected due to circumstances outside my control. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch with your order number and I’ll help you look into it.

Please note that an order may need to be considered officially lost by the delivery provider before a replacement or refund can be arranged.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging.
